Now bookable online the truly special Sicilian wines from Mick Hucknall's vineyards on Etna. The vines are cultivated manually, using non-invasive tools and systems which respect local traditions, by a group of native 'Etnean' viticulture specialists.
Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, is a singular, particular habitat - here the winery Il Cantante comes into being. Visits also available to the vineyard, the ancient palmento (1760), the tasting room and a small museum of the Etna wine culture.
