Dear Jim and Paul:
I just wanted to follow up with you to reiterate what a great time we had when we visited the hotel. Having been in the tour and travel business for over twenty years, I was impressed with Villa Angela, including the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and the high quality food and beverage product you are providing to guests. On top of the actual operation of the hotel, the location, view and vibe you have assembled rivals anything I have ever seen worldwide.



As it was my job to site inspect all the hotels in our program, you are getting these kudos from a tough objective observer that has seen everything in the hotel business. You have definitely put together a five star product. Our only regret was that with our tight schedule touring Italy and Sicily, we had only reserved one night in Taormina. My mom is also a frequent business traveler and commented that your hotel was an incredible stay and she is a tough critic also. I know you said that you took a chance assembling a young crew and this is your first foray into the hotel business, but you ALL have collectively become great hoteliers and learned a very tough craft in a short amount of time. It was obvious that your other guests were very content with their stay at Villa Angela.



Thanks again for the great bottle of prosecco you put in our room. We will try to repay the favor by continuing to book the hotel for years to come. If you are ever on a tour date in Tampa, FL, please stop by for dinner at my house. Similarly, if Paul comes to Florida for sales calls the same invitation is open and we can introduce him to some of our travel agency friends in Tampa, if he is making sales calls. If any of your staff is coming to Florida or the Caribbean, have them email me for assistance with hotels or discounts.
