LETTER FROM ANNE

To everyone / all the staff

I have just returned home following a wonderful 5 nights at the Villa Angela and I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you all.

The hotels location is simply unbeatable and the accommodation is of a really very high standard. Everything had been thought of to make for a truly enjoyable and luxurious , albeit too short time.

Having stayed in many high quality hotels around the world for both leaisure and my work, the one thing that can normally let a hotel down is the staff. However, I cannot say that of the Villa Angela. I simply cannot commend ALL the staff enough. Everyone was so friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble - and there was always a smile for whatever we wanted.

Having been unable to take a holiday for over 5 years because of a long term illness, you really made my holiday one of the best and most enjoyable ones I have ever taken, and I just wanted to thank you all so much. I will certainly be returning in the very near future with other friends who I have already recommended you to.

Please could you pass my comments onto the Management and Owners, as they should feel very proud to have you all on board.
