As I said to you in person Jim, yours is one of the best hotels Edwina and I have ever stayed at.

Your staff are exceptional:

Carmen and Manuela at front desk.

Your shuttle bus driver Mario.

The girls in the restaurant Laura,Veronica,Martina and Silvana.

Even your outsourced taxi driver Salvo.

The fact that I even know these people's names speaks volumes for the warmth and friendly efficiency of your hotel staff.

I was especially impressed with and thankful for the assistance you and your staff afforded us when Edwina fell ill.

Best Wishes for the future and the continued success of Villa Angela.
