Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say a huge thanks for making our stay with you so memorable.

We've stayed at some fantastic hotels around the world - and Hotel Villa Angela surpasses just about every one of them.

Yes, the location and the rooms are all great - but what makes a truly superb hotel are the people who work there. They are a real credit to you - nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel at home as soon as we arrived.

Your response to our reservation problem was incredible - a sign of a hotel really focussed on putting the customer first - you didn't just exceed our expectations you blew them away!

Again, many thanks and hopefully we'll get the opportunity to visit again in the not too distant future.
