Dear Manager and staff,

We were very impressed with the Villa Angela (Sept 11th to 15th); good
food, good accommodation, great views but the outstanding feature was
the friendliness of the staff.

And thank you again for the gift of the small vase (V and A are our
initials too) which you kindly allowed us to take away.
